It's unlike any other event in the world. A race over 1,150 miles of the most extreme and beautiful terrain... across mountain ranges, frozen rivers, dense forests, desolate tundra and windswept coastline.Extreme sporting adventure travelers can share in the excitement of the event. The Iditarod and Northern Lights Tour departs on February 27, 2008 and features the great festivals Alaska has to offer in the winter season.
