where would James Bond stay in London?

We now know where James Bond spends the night in London. In the opening scene of the newest Bond book, 007 treats himself to a birthday breakfast after a night's stay. According to William Boyd, the book's author, "The Dorchester is the elite hotel — the choice of film stars and show business legends — and so it seemed fitting that when Bond wanted to give himself a special birthday treat, he would book himself a room at The Dorchester."

You can "Breakfast with Bond" on September 28th. The Dorchester will host a special "Breakfast with Bond" in The Grill from 10 a.m. until noon, with author Boyd reading scenes from the first chapter and mingling with guests. You can book the "Breakfast with Bond"online. The hotel will have signed copies of the book for guests staying this autumn, a "007 room service" involving martini nightcaps, and a full set of Ian Fleming's Bond books ... all of these available for purchase.

Even if you're not a member of Her Majesty's Secret Service, The Dorchester is always a great choice, a traditional luxury hotel right next to Hyde Park.
