We now know where James Bond spends the night in London. In the opening scene of the newest Bond book, 007 treats himself to a birthday breakfast after a night's stay. According to William Boyd, the book's author, "The Dorchester is the elite hotel — the choice of film stars and show business legends — and so it seemed fitting that when Bond wanted to give himself a special birthday treat, he would book himself a room at The Dorchester."
You can "Breakfast with Bond" on September 28th. The Dorchester will host a special "Breakfast with Bond" in The Grill from 10 a.m. until noon, with author Boyd reading scenes from the first chapter and mingling with guests.
